How to Stir Fry

Just choose your sauce, choose your protein, and choose your veggies. Then follow these easy directions!

Cooking Instructions


Measure and prep all ingredients. Slice well-chilled protein into uniform pieces; coat with water and cornstarch. Blanch vegetables.


Drizzle oil around sides of stir-fry pan; tilt pan to coat evenly. Heat on HIGH until oil faintly smokes.


Add protein to stir-fry pan in small batches; don’t overcrowd pan or food will steam, not brown. Sear items until browned; remove from stir-fry pan.


Add other ingredients/veggies to stir-fry pan; stir briefly to heat through (usually no more than 30 sec). Stir in protein and sauce. Toss to coat.
