12-inch cast-iron skillet

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees with 12-inch cast-iron skillet in oven. Add potatoes and olive oil to bowl; season generously with salt and pepper. Toss to combine.
      
  2. Remove skillet from oven using oven mitts. Add potatoes to skillet; bake 15 min.
     
  3. Transfer skillet to stovetop using oven mitts. Add sauce; stir to combine. Cook on MED-HIGH, stirring occasionally, 3-4 min, until heated through.
     
  4. Add veggie noodles, baby arugula, basil, and extra virgin olive oil; season with salt and pepper. Stir to combine. Garnish with grated cheese.
