Directions

  1. Blanch broccoli, cauliflower, peppers, carrot, mushrooms, corn, and peas 1 1/2 min in large pot of boiling, salted water. Drain; set aside.
     
  2. Drizzle oil around sides of wok; tilt wok to distribute evenly. Heat oil in wok on HIGH until oil faintly smokes. (If oil smokes too much, wok is too hot.)
     
  3. Add veggies and garlic sauce to wok. Stir fry 1-2 min to heat through.
