Directions

  1. Layer carrots, peppers and squash in bamboo steamer basket; layer bok choy, snow pea pods, sprouts in second basket. Stack baskets (pepper-squash basket on bottom) and cover.
     
  2. Heat water in stir-fry pan on HIGH to rapid boil. Water must be hot enough to create steam below food, but must not touch it.
     
  3. Place layered basket in pan. Steam about 6 min.
     
  4. Remove pan from heat; using extreme caution, remove lid carefully away from your face, avoiding stream. Transfer vegetables to bowl; toss with warmed sauce.
