  1. Drizzle 2 Tbsp oil around sides of stir-fry pan; tilt pan to distribute evenly. Heat oil in pan on MED until oil faintly smokes; add garlic and pepper flakes. Cook, stirring occasionally, 30 seconds.
     
  2. Add pea leaves and simmer sauce; cook, stirring, 3-4 min. Season with salt.
