  1. Place potatoes in pot with salted cold water, bring to boil on HIGH heat, reduce to simmer and simmer for 8-10 min or until tender, drain and set aside.
  2. Heat 3 Tbsp oil in large nonstick skillet on MEDIUM-HIGH until oil faintly smokes. Add mushrooms; cook, stirring, until lightly brown, 2-3 min. Remove mushrooms and set aside.
  3. Add remaining oil to skillet. Cook, stirring, potatoes, 6-8 min on MEDIUM-HIGH, turning to brown all sides.
  4. Return mushrooms to skillet, leaving behind any liquid. Add garlic, chives and rosemary to potato mixture. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Cook, stirring, 30 seconds, until heated through.
