  1. Add potatoes to large pot of salted, cold water; bring to boil on HIGH. Reduce heat; simmer 8-10 min until tender. Drain; set aside.
     
  2. Heat 3 Tbsp oil in large nonstick skillet on MED-HIGH until oil faintly smokes. Add mushrooms; cook, stirring, 2-3 min until lightly browned. Remove mushrooms and set aside.
     
  3. Add remaining oil to skillet. Add potatoes; cook, stirring, 6-8 min on MED-HIGH, turning to brown all sides.
     
  4. Return mushrooms to skillet, leaving behind any liquid. Add garlic, chives and rosemary to potato-mushroom mixture. Season with salt and pepper. Cook, stirring, about 30 seconds until heated through.
