  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Toss mushrooms, onions, and basting oil in large bowl; season with salt and pepper. Arrange in single layer on parchment paper-lined baking sheet. 
      
  2. Roast, 20-25 min, until veggies are caramelized, turning once halfway through. Transfer vegetables to serving dish; drizzle with sauce.
