  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Toss carrots, squash, and basting oil in large bowl; season with salt and pepper. Arrange in single layer on parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
     
  2. Roast on center rack of oven 20-30 min, until lightly browned and tender. Drizzle with lemon oil just before serving.
