  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Toss carrots, Brussels sprouts, parsnips, and basting oil in large bowl; season with salt and pepper. Arrange in single layer on parchment paper-lined baking sheet.   
  2. Roast, 30-40 min, until tender.
  3. Toss with savory sauce.
