  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Toss beets and basting oil in large bowl; season with salt and pepper. Arrange in a single layer on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
     
  2. Roast, 25-30 min, or until lightly browned and knife-tender. Stir halfway through cook time.
      
  3. Remove from oven. Toss with sauce and sesame seeds. Transfer to serving platter. Garnish with parsley.
