Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Toss asparagus and basting oil in large bowl; season with salt and pepper.  Arrange in single layer on parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
  2. Roast, 6 min. Add artichokes; toss. Roast, 4-6 min, until softened and caramelized. Toss with lemon butter sauce.
