  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Toss squash, onion, and basting oil in large bowl; season with salt and pepper. Arrange in single layer on parchment paper-lined baking sheet. Roast, 25-30 min, until squash is fork-tender. Remove from oven. Add olives; stir to combine. 
     
  2. Spread warmed sauce on serving platter. Top with squash-onion mixture; sprinkle with cheese.
