Directions

  1. Add farro, artichokes, lemon zest and juice, salt, pepper, butter, leeks, garlic, stock, and cheese to electric pressure cooker.
     
  2. Close and lock lid; set dial on lid to PRESSURE. Set pressure cooker timer for 15 min on HIGH.
     
  3. Release pressure using quick release method (carefully avoid steam); open lid. Stir; let rest 10 min. Stir again.
