Directions

  1. Add peppers, onions, oil, garlic, raisins, salt, and pepper to large pan on MED-LOW. Cook, stirring, 20 min, until soft but not browned. 
     
  2. Stir in sugar and vinegar. Simmer, 12-15 min, until sugar-vinegar mixture becomes syrupy and thick. Season with salt and pepper.
Chef Tips
For added spice, substitute hatch chiles for bell peppers.
