  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine figs and water in small saucepan; heat on MED-HIGH to simmering. Simmer until liquid is reduced by half, about 10 min.
  2. Combine sweet potatoes, baking potatoes, and carrots in 2-qt casserole. Add figs and liquid.
  3. Cover and bake 50-60 min, until tender. Uncover, sprinkle with brown sugar, and bake 30 min longer, until nicely glazed.
