You'll Need



  1. Drizzle oil around sides of wok; tilt wok to distribute evenly. Heat oil in wok on HIGH until oil faintly smokes. (If oil smokes too much, wok is too hot.)
  2. Add broccoli, cauliflower, peppers, carrots, mushrooms, corn, and peas; season with salt and pepper. Stir and toss, keeping things moving, 2 min.
  3. Add water; cook, stirring, 5-6 min, until veggies are crisp-tender and water has evaporated.
  4. Stir in sauce. Cook, stirring, 2-3 min, until heated through. Season with salt and pepper.
