  1. Preheat grill on HIGH 10 min. Coat cleaned grill grate lightly with vegetable oil.  

  2. Drizzle vegetables with olive oil on baking sheet; season with salt and pepper. Transfer to grill.
       
  3. Reduce heat to MED. Grill about 5 min, turning frequently, until tender.
