  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Toss Brussels sprouts, mushrooms, and basting oil in large bowl; season with salt and pepper. Arrange in single layer on parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
     
  2. Roast, 20-25 min, turning once, until vegetables are slightly browned and fork-tender. Remove from oven.
     
  3. Add truffle spread to pan with vegetables; toss to combine. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
