  1. Melt butter in deep saute pan on MEDIUM until lightly browned.
     
  2. Reduce heat to MEDIUM-LOW. Add hazelnuts, onion, and garlic; cook 4 min.
     
  3. Add spinach to pan, one bag at a time. Cook, stirring, 5-8 min until spinach is wilted. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
