  1. Preheat grill to MEDIUM. Brush both sides of zucchini strips with 1 Tbsp of the antipasti oil. Place on grill rack.
  2. Grill, turning once, until streaked with dark grill marks, 8-10 min.
  3. Transfer to serving platter. Drizzle with remaining 2 Tbsp oil. Season with salt and pepper.
