Directions

  1. Preheat grill on MED. Toss mushrooms, 1 Tbsp basting oil, and 1/2 tsp seasoning in large bowl. Place seasoned mushrooms and half the thyme in foil grilling bag. Repeat process with onions; place in separate foil grilling bag with remaining thyme.  
     
  2. Double-fold open ends and place both foil bags on grill. Close grill lid; grill 15-20 min or until mushrooms are tender. Remove mushroom bag using oven mitts; set aside. Close grill lid; continue grilling onions about 5 min or until tender.
       
  3. Remove onion bag using oven mitts. Carefully open both bags, avoiding steam. Combine mushrooms and onions in bowl; discard thyme stems.

 

Chef Tips
Make your own bag by placing seasoned ingredients in center of large foil sheet. Bring short ends together; fold twice to seal. Fold and crimp sides to seal; leave room for steam.
