  1. Preheat grill on HIGH. Coat cleaned grill grate lightly with vegetable oil; reduce heat to MED. Drizzle corn with basting oil; season with salt and pepper. Grill corn, turning often, 6-8 min, until lightly browned.
     
  2. Transfer to large bowl; cover with plastic wrap, 3-5 min. Remove plastic wrap; let cool about 5 min.
     
  3. Combine beans, red pepper, onion, and cilantro in large bowl. Carefully cut kernels from cobs. Add corn, lime juice, and olive oil to bowl. Toss to combine; season with salt and pepper.
Chef Tips
To get the most juice from a lime, roll room temp fruit under your palm on a work surface before cutting.
