Heavy duty foil

Directions

  1. Preheat grill on HIGH 10 min. Coat cleaned grill grate lightly with vegetable oil.
     
  2. Toss together potatoes and basting oil in large bowl.
     
  3. Arrange a single layer of potatoes on grill. Grill, turning frequently, about 5 min, until golden brown and tender. Remove from grill. Repeat with any remaining potatoes.
     
  4. Reduce heat to MED. Line grill grate with foil; top with potatoes, tomatoes, and peppers. Sprinkle with cheese. Close lid and grill until cheese melts, 4-5 min.
Chef Tips
For easy slicing, cut thin slice from bottom of each potato. Place on cutting board, flat side-down, and slice.
