Foil grilling bag

Directions

  1. Preheat grill on MED. Toss peppers and onions, red pepper, BBQ seasoning, and basting oil in a large bowl. Place seasoned veggies in foil grilling bag.
     
  2. Double-fold open end and place foil bag on grill. Grill, covered, 10 min or until veggies are tender.
     
  3. Remove foil bag using oven mitts; carefully open avoiding steam. 
Chef Tips
Make your own bag by placing seasoned ingredients in center of large foil sheet. Bring short ends together; fold twice to seal. Fold and crimp sides to seal, leave room for steam.
