  1. Heat 2 Tbsp oil in braising pan on HIGH; add garlic. Cook, stirring, about 2 min until garlic is browned. Add escarole, wine, chicken broth, and passata; season with salt and pepper. Stir to combine; bring to simmer. Cover; cook 2 min.
     
  2. Add beans; stir to combine. Cover; cook 6 min. Add butter and half of cheese; stir to combine and melt. Transfer to serving platter. Top with remaining cheese; drizzle with remaining oil.
Chef Tips
Serve with grilled ciabatta slices.
