Large casserole dish or 9x13x2-inch glass dish

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Melt margarine in large pan on MED. Add matzo farfel; cook 8-10 min, stirring frequently, until lightly toasted.
     
  2. Add apples, pecans, thyme, cinnamon, and ginger. Cook, stirring occasionally, 3-5 min, until apples are slightly softened.
     
  3. Stir in broth; bring to simmer. Pour into large casserole.
     
  4. Cover; bake 30 min. Uncover; bake 10-15 min or until moisture is absorbed.
