  1. Bring water and salt to boil in large stockpot. Add garlic and greens; return water to boil. Simmer 4-6 min or until tender. 
     
  2. Drain greens (retain small amount of cooking water); transfer to plate. Drizzle greens with retained cooking water and squeeze of fresh lemon juice.
