Ingredients

Directions

  1. Add water, salt, and carrots to medium sauce pan; heat to boiling. Reduce heat; simmer 6-7 min until carrots are tender. Drain well.
     
  2. Melt butter in large skillet on MED. Add jam, whisking until smooth. Add drained carrots; cook, stirring occasionally, 1-2 min, until glazed. Season with salt and pepper; garnish with parsley.
