Braising pan or large skillet

Directions

  1. Heat oil in braising pan or large skillet on MEDIUM; add squash. Cook, stirring, about 2 min, until lightly browned. Cover; cook 5-7 min until well-browned and starting to soften. 
     
  2. Stir in salsa and cinnamon; cover. Cook on MEDIUM-LOW 35-40 min, stirring often, until squash is knife-tender.
     
  3. Stir in chocolate. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
