Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Add chopped bacon to braising pan on MED. Cook, stirring frequently, about 5 min, until crispy. Add onion; cook, stirring frequently, 5 min. Add molasses, ketchup, mustard, and brown sugar; stir to combine. Cook, stirring, 2-3 min.
     
  2. Add beans. Stir gently to combine; bring to simmer. Remove from heat; top with halved bacon strips.
     
  3. Bake, uncovered, 1 hour to 1 hour 15 min or until liquid is almost absorbed.
