Steamer basket

Directions

  1. Layer bok choy on bottom of steamer basket. Top with mushrooms, squash, red pepper, and snow peas. Cover.
     
  2. Add at least 1 inch of water to large, heavy pan. Heat on HIGH to rapid boil. Liquid must be hot enough to create steam below food, but must not touch it.
     
  3. Place basket in pan; steam about 8 min.
     
  4. Remove pan from heat. Using extreme caution, remove lid carefully away from your face, avoiding steam. Transfer vegetables to serving bowl and toss with sauce.
