  1. Blanch cauliflower 1 1/2 min in large pot of boiling, salted water. Add asparagus; blanch 2-3 min. Drain. Transfer to bowl of ice water. Drain and set aside. 
     
  2. Toss pine nuts on MED-HIGH in dry skillet about 3 min to toast. (Watch carefully to prevent burning.)
     
  3. Top cauliflower and asparagus with pine nuts. Drizzle with oil; season with salt and pepper. Serve at room temp.
