  1. Add mushrooms from package to dry stir-fry pan on MED; cook, stirring, about 30 sec until slightly browned.
      
  2. Add bok choy and yu choy from package to large pot of boiling, salted water; blanch 10-15 sec. Drain; set aside.
     
  3. Add oil to pan with mushrooms; cook, stirring, about 30 sec. Add garlic and peppers from package; cook, stirring, about 30 sec. Add oyster sauce; stir to coat. Add garlic simmer sauce, sugar, salt, and pepper; cook, stirring, about 15 sec.
     
  4. Increase heat to HIGH. Add greens; cook, stirring, 10-15 sec. Transfer to serving platter.
