  1. Place squash (cut-side up) in microwave-safe dish; cover with microwave-safe plastic wrap. Microwave on HIGH 10-12 min or until tender.
     
  2. Combine in small bowl, lemon juice, honey, soy sauce and ginger; stir to blend.
     
  3. Carefully turn over hot squash. Spoon mixture into cooked squash halves.
     
  4. Microwave on HIGH, covered, to heat throughout, 1-2 min. Season with salt and pepper.
