Thai Chicken Dumpling Soup

  1. Heat stock in large stockpot on MED-HIGH. Bring to boil.
      
  2. Add ground chicken, eggs, and bread crumbs to large bowl; season with salt and pepper. Mix until combined.
        
  3. Reduce heat to MED. Drop rounded 1/2 Tbsp chicken mixture into boiling stock until all the mixture is used. Stir occasionally to keep dumplings from sticking to bottom of pot. Cook, stirring, 3-4 min, until internal temp reaches 165 degrees (check by inserting thermometer into center of largest dumpling).
     
  4. Add fish sauce, lime juice, celery, and zucchini to pot. Bring to boil; remove from heat. Garnish with green onions.
Chef Tips
Serve with lime wedges and extra condiments such as fish sauce, Maggi seasoning, chili sauce or Food You Feel Good About Tom Tom Sauce.
