6-8 qt slow cooker

Directions

  1. Combine flour, cornstarch, chili powder, cumin, cayenne, salt, and black pepper in bowl; add garlic, onions, and peppers. Mix well to coat.
     
  2. Add mixture to 6-8 qt slow cooker; stir in broth. Add beans and tomatoes; top with layer of chicken thighs. Cover.
     
  3. Cook on HIGH 4 hours or LOW 8 hours. Add heavy cream and butter; stir to combine. Serve.

When done, chicken thighs should fall apart.
