  1. Heat oil on MED in stockpot. Add onions, garlic, coriander, oregano, and cumin. Cook, 10 min, until onions soften.  
     
  2. Add broth, chicken, potatoes, chiles and salt. Bring to boil; reduce heat to MED-LOW. Simmer 30 min.
     
  3. Top with garnishes as desired.
