Directions

  1. Make serving sauce: Whisk together soy sauce, sherry vinegar, serrano pepper, fish sauce, and sugar until sugar is dissolved. Set aside for garnish.
     
  2. Add Thai stock and beef stock to stockpot on MED-HIGH. Bring to simmer. Add pasta; stir and cook 4 min. Stir in salad and mukimame; simmer about 5 min until veggies are softened.  Add tofu, fish sauce, and green onions. Season with salt. Cook 3-4 min until warmed through.
     
  3. Serve with garnishes.
