Large braising pan or stockpot


  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Toss mushrooms and basting oil in large bowl. Arrange in single layers on 2 parchment paper-lined baking sheets; roast 25 min until browned.  
  2. Heat braising pan on MED; add olive oil and onions. Cook, stirring, 10 min. Add cannellini beans, garlic, roasted mushrooms, 3 cups cooked spelt blend, sauce, and water. Stir to combine and heat through. Garnish with pumpkin seeds.
