  1. Heat oil, onion, garlic, and salt in stockpot on MED-LOW. Cook, stirring, 10-15 min, until veggies soften.
     
  2. Add mushrooms. Cook, stirring 10 min.
     
  3. Add kale to pot; cook, stirring 2-3 min to wilt.
     
  4. Add truffle spread and broth; bring to simmer. Season with salt and pepper. Serve.
