  1. Add mirepoix, garlic, broth, lentils, beans, tomatoes, cayenne pepper, and cinnamon to large stockpot; stir. Cover; bring to simmer on MED-HIGH.
     
  2. Reduce heat to LOW; simmer, covered, 45-60 min, until veggies and lentils are tender. Season with salt and pepper; garnish with cilantro.
