Directions

  1. Make relish: Place carrot, celery and garlic in blender; pulse for 30 seconds.
     
  2. Add olives and pulse briefly so olives remain in large chunks; transfer to mixing bowl.
     
  3. Add Tabasco, oregano, and parsley; stir to combine. Refrigerate until ready to use.
     
  4. Make Sandwich: Spread each half of loaf with 1/2 cup muffaletta relish. On bottom half, layer (in order): hard salami, provolone, capicollo, and Swiss.
     
  5. Replace top of loaf; slice into 4 sandwiches. Slice each sandwich in half.
