  1. Preheat grill on MED 10 min. Cut 4 1/2-inch slices from center of loaf (reserve crust ends for other use). Spread 1 Tbsp mustard on each slice of bread. Top 2 bottom slices with cheese slice, pickle, ham. Top with other bread slices. 
     
  2. Coat grill grate lightly with vegetable oil.
     
  3. Brush 1 Tbsp olive oil on 1 side of sandwiches. Place sandwich, oiled side down, on grill. Grill about 5 min, until golden brown. Brush other side of sandwich with oil; carefully turn over. Grill until golden brown and cheese is melted.
Chef Tips
  • For easier slicing, refrigerate Brie or use a Brie knife.
  • To make this in your kitchen, just use a grill pan, panini press, or indoor grill.
