  1. Spread each slice bread with 1 tsp mustard ; layer 4 slices with 1/2 oz bresaola, 1/2 oz cheese, and a quarter of the cornichons. Top with other bread slices.
     
  2. Butter both sides of sandwich. Heat skillet on MED; carefully add buttered sandwiches. Turn when sandwich bottom is nicely browned, 2-3 min. Brown both sides. Serve.
