  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Toss yams in 2 Tbsp oil; season with salt and pepper. Bake on foil-lined baking sheet about 20 min or until tender. Remove from oven; let cool.
     
  2. Blanch jicama 2 min in large pot of boiling, salted water until cooked but still firm. Drain; transfer to bowl of ice water. Drain.  
     
  3. Toss yams, jicama, mango, cilantro, zests, juices, vinegar, allspice, and remaining oil in mixing bowl; season with salt and pepper. Chill before serving.

Prepare 1 day ahead to allow flavors to meld.
