  1. Add green beans to pot of boiling, salted water; cook 2-3 min. Add onion; cook 10 seconds. Drain; transfer to bowl of ice water. Drain; set aside.
     
  2. Whisk olive oil, vinegar, and black pepper in large bowl; season with salt. Add spring mix, red pepper, beans, onions, almonds, and goat cheese to bowl; toss gently to combine.
