  1. Make dressing: whisk together olive oil, truffle oil, vinegar, pepper blend, and salt in small bowl until well-blended. Set aside.
     
  2. Brown pine nuts in small skillet on MED; toast 3 min or until golden brown. Set aside.
     
  3. Combine beans, peppadews, bresaola, arugula, and pine nuts in large bowl; toss with dressing. Portion onto six plates; top with cheese slices.  Drizzle with lemon juice.
