  1. Cook farro with salt and honey per pkg directions. Remove 2 cups of cooked farro for salad; let cool.
     
  2. Empty dressing packets from salad kits into small bowl. Add cranberries; cover, let sit at room temp at least 20 min.
      
  3. Add salad kit components, squash, farro, dressing, and cranberries to large bowl; toss to combine.
