  1. Day before serving: Combine rosemary, sage, garlic, Tuscan seasoning, and hot pepper spread in small bowl. Place ribs in single layer on baking sheet. Coat both sides of ribs with spice mixture. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
     
  2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Remove baking sheet from refrigerator; remove plastic wrap. Roast ribs 20 min; flip and roast 20 min. Transfer ribs to braising pan. 
     
  3. Add 1/2 cup water to baking sheet and stir to loosen browned bits off bottom of sheet. Pour juices over ribs. Add remaining water, canned tomatoes, Tabasco and Worcestershire sauce to pan with ribs. Season with salt and pepper. Stir to combine; cover.
     
  4. Place pan on center rack of oven; braise 2 1/2 hours. Remove from oven; serve with cooked pasta.
