Directions

Preheat oven to 450 degrees.

  1. Blend bruschetta and tapenade in small bowl; set aside.
     
  2. Place sea bass fillets on parchment-paper lined baking sheet. Top each fillet with about 1/4 cup bruschetta/tapenade mixture.
     
  3. Bake 14-18 min, until internal temp reaches 130 degrees. (Check by inserting thermometer halfway into thickest part of fillet.) Let rest at least 2 min.
